Medical practice website design · United States

Every specialty has a different patient. Your website should know that.

We design your practice’s own website around how your patients decide: what they fear, what they compare, and what they need to see before they reach out. Then we show you, every month, how many appointment requests came in for each reason for visit.

Patient decision map

  1. Symptom or needWhat they feel or want to solve, in their own words.
  2. Search and comparisonGoogle, Maps, social media, word of mouth.
  3. Trust signalsCredentials, clarity, cases, how the first visit feels.
  4. Appointment bookedWith a clear reason for visit, before they arrive.

The problem

What your front desk already knows and your website doesn’t yet

Answering the same question twenty times

Pricing, hours, insurance networks (in-network / out-of-network), directions. If your website doesn't answer it, your front desk does, by text message, again and again.

Listed next to your competitors

On a directory like Zocdoc or Healthgrades, your profile shares the screen with your competitors. On your website, patients see only you.

No idea what’s working

You pay for ads and post on social media, but no one tells you how many appointment requests came from where.

Specialties and medical centers

Pick your specialty and see how we'd approach your website

How your patients decide

They arrive with a mental picture of the problem: acne, dark spots, a mole that changed. They want to know quickly whether it's medical or cosmetic, and to see cases like theirs before deciding the visit is worth it.

Friction points we usually find

  • Medical and cosmetic treatments mixed on the same page.Solved by: Medical / cosmetic paths
  • Before-and-after photos without context: no idea what was done or how long it took.Solved by: Cases with context
  • No fast track to have a worrying mole checked.Solved by: Mole priority

What we build

  • Medical / cosmetic pathsTwo clear routes from the homepage.
  • Cases with contextTreatment, sessions, and timeline, with consent.
  • Entry by reason for visitPatients pick their case and land on their page.
  • Mole priorityA fast request for checks that shouldn't wait.

Method

First we understand the decision. Then we design the page.

01

Patient decision mapping

We map how your patients arrive: what they search for, on which device, what holds them back, and what they always ask on the first call.

02

Architecture by intent

Every reason for visit gets its own path and page, so Google understands what you treat and patients find their case fast.

03

Contact with context

Forms and messages arrive with the reason for visit, urgency, and appointment type already filled in. Your front desk answers better and faster.

04

Measurement and tuning

We measure appointment requests by service and channel, not page views. Every month we adjust whatever the data shows is holding back appointments.

For medical centers

Multiple specialties, one front door

Every patient to the right specialist

A search by symptom and specialty that routes each request to the right schedule.

One brand, many physicians

Specialist profiles built to the same standard, which each physician can expand.

Data by service and location

A monthly report that shows which specialty and which channel bring in appointment requests.

Results

What changes in your practice

01

Messages that arrive with the reason for visit and urgency

02

Fewer repeat questions at the front desk

03

A monthly report that tells you which service brings in patients

Background

I come from the clinical side.

I spent eight years in digital orthodontic treatment planning at companies like Align Technology (the company behind Invisalign) and Byte. That's where I realized that most patient decisions are made before the first appointment, in every specialty. Then I studied UX at La Salle Barcelona to design that moment. My way of working is simple: understand the person, organize what they need, and build it.

Health data

Trust is also designed in what you don’t see.

A medical form collects sensitive data. We design it to ask only for what's needed, with visible consent. HIPAA: forms use vendors that sign a BAA, and analytics never sends health information to ad platforms.

Content is written to follow the rules that apply (State medical board and FTC rules): no promised outcomes, just information that helps people decide.

Free Patient Decision Audit

We’ll show you where you’re losing patients today, before we talk design.

We review your website, your Google Business Profile, and your messaging flow, and send you a report on what we would change first.
